Novice Men / Women
- No top 6 finishes in any climbing competition in the Intermediate or Open categories
- Not a member of the Pilipinas Climbing Team
- Grace period: Competitors that reached the top 6 of the Novice category in any individual climbing competition within the last six (6) months may still qualify for this category
Intermediate Men / Women
- No top 6 finishes in any climbing competition in the Open category
- Not a member of the Pilipinas Climbing Team
- Grace period: Competitors that reached the top 6 of the Intermediate category in any individual climbing competition within the last six (6) months may still qualify for this category

- Each competitor has four (4) minutes to finish a problem.
- Each failed attempt to a zone is a 0.1 point deduction from their score.
- The points accumulated from each problem will be added up to form their Bouldering score.
- Maximum possible score from the round is 100.0 points.

- Each competitor gets four (4) minutes to finish the route.
- Competitors must have control of each hold to get points.
- The points accumulated from each route will be added up to form their Top Rope score.
- Maximum possible score from the round is 100.0 points.
Score accumulated from the Bouldering round will be added to the score from the Top Rope round.
Maximum possible score for each competitor will be
