We accept walk-in visitors for Day Pass entry however, equipment rental is on a first come, first serve basis. If equipment is fully rented out at the time of your visit, you may have to wait before they become available again.

We may experience high traffic on weekends, public holidays and eves of public holidays.
If you are planning your visit during these times, do note that there may be a queue to enter the facility as we have a safety limit on the maximum number of people that can be in the facility at one time. Queue times may vary from 15 mins or more.

Queue Policy
- For Monthly pass holders & same day re-entries, you do not need to queue for entrance. Rationale behind this is that entry for the day has already been paid for. You may still need to queue for equipment rental if you do not have your own.
- For Multi pass holders, you will be allowed to check-in using the Express Check-in counter if the bottleneck is only at the registration counter. If the facility is at maximum capacity, you will still need to queue if you wish to enter. You may also need to queue for equipment rental if you do not have your own.
- For pairs/groups, all members of the party will need to be here before entering the facility. If your friends come after you have already entered the facility, they will be requested to join the queue.
